- web site design: your "look and feel" with the pages most small businesses need:

- secure credit card ordering (manual processing) if required
- site maintenance: which ensures that your server keeps operating and all things stay working on your site... I'll even do minor changes to your existing pages and fix up any minor mistakes you may make.

What is NOT covered?
- Additional domain names. Extra domain names can be purchased and configured to point to your site.
- Copy writing. You supply the text YOU want on your site.
- Logo and graphics creation
- Major revisions to the site which involve new design work or significant structural changes are not counted as "maintenance" and are billed separately.
- Extensive custom shopping cart, database or programming can be arranged and quoted on as required, it is not usually needed by most micro and small business operators.
- Email lists/newsletter management can be integrated into your web site at additional cost.
- Extensive site statistics allowing a "walk through" of a customers visit to your site. This can be installed at extra cost.
- Participation in additional pay-per-click advertising programs such as Google Adwords or Overture etc., is extra and can be organised if desired. Such programs are useful to attract regular qualified traffic. Depending on your keywords, they require a minimum monthly investment of $20-$30+ AUD
